What we collect

When you join the insiders list we collect your name, email address, and, if you choose, your mobile number, your line of work, your interests, and how you heard about us. When you opt in to text messages we also record the date, time, and wording of your consent. Like most websites, we collect basic usage data such as pages visited and approximate location derived from your IP address.

How we use it

We use your information to send build updates, event and preview invitations, and news about Saratoga Sauna Club, and to understand which parts of our site are useful. We use a marketing platform provider to store contacts and send email and text messages on our behalf.

What we don't do

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share mobile numbers or text message opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Your choices

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts, or HELP for help. To see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, reply to any of our emails.

Security and retention

We keep your information only as long as you remain on our list or as needed for legitimate business records, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
